[antlr-interest] Incremental Parsing

Hi,
  These two questions regard to how I know my local build is "good".
a. Are there tech papers or references that describe the algorithms used in PCCTS and ANTLR to calcaulate the FIRST set, FOLLOW set and information?
b. Is there "official" test base (sources) for the PCCTS and ANTLR (so that if I rebuild the PCCTS and ANTLR toolsets locally, I will be ensured this local build is good "enough" -:)?
