[antlr-interest] just added $FIRST(rule) and $FOLLOW(rule)

I was gonna fix a few more things before doing another snapshot, but 
say the word and I'll mail you a jar.  It's about .5M source/classes.  
I'm running off to grab some chow but will check mail in a few...
