[antlr-interest] ANTLR build and package layout

First you did not notice that I am NOT Terence Parr!!!!  Therefore, I do not
have a kingdom or any loyal fans.  The term "trashing" means that you are
not letting the issue rest.  Give it up.  I am tired of being flooded with
your pointless emails.  

Terence has already said that he will include a Ant script with the
distribution.  So what is the point in this discussion.

BTW you should take your own advice " You should read everything you
inputed!"  First read the email very carefully before responding.  Maybe you
would have noticed that I was not Terence before responding.
