[antlr-interest] matching identifiers in JavaLexer

I tried that once, but was unsuccessful in using the two methods in a
lexer rule. However, you can use the methods to generate lists of unicode
characters that are usable for ANTLR (see attachment), though I guess that
makes parsing slower.
