[antlr-interest] smenatic vs. syntactic predicates

Semantic predicates are not hoisted, except in lexers, for antlr 2, which
this mailing list is about.  comp.lang.pccts is still active for PCCTS.  

For a thorough discussion of hoisting read Ter's thesis.
