[antlr-interest] Creating ANTLR cpp library using Borland C++ Builder 6

Ric,

The variable __BCPLUSPLUS__ (already used in the config.hpp) has the version
info. For C++Builder 6 __BCPLUSPLUS__ is defined as 0x0560.
