[antlr-interest] JavaEmitter class fixed.

I've made a few fixes to my JavaEmitter class, so that it...ummm...
how do I say this nicely...actually WORKS without modifications
to the standard ANTLR download.

JavaEmitter takes an AST produced from ANTLR via java.g, and 
prints the AST as reasonably-formatted Java code.

Go to antlr.org and click on "JavaEmitter" under "File Sharing".
