[antlr-interest] Linking to the ANTLR C# Runtime

Ok, now that I've got the ANTLR C# runtime, I need to be able to 
link to it. The directions in C:\antlr-2.7.2\doc\csharp-runtime.html 
don't seem clear to me on this. Am I missing something (other 
documentation maybe)?

I am assuming that the directory I need to link to is the lib/csharp 
subdirectory of the ANTLR distribution. Unfortunately, I'm a little 
fuzzy on the details.
