[antlr-interest] returnAST and _retTree commented out in C++ header files

Thanks Ric,

It looks like I was calling one of my older distributions of ANTLR for
codegen but then compiling with the headers from the new one. 

On a side note, does the distribution from your web site include the
latest fix pack for C# since I use both languages?

You are certain you are using the right codegenerator ? What combination
of
customAST / heterogeneous AST's are you using ?
