[antlr-interest] getNumberOfChildren

Hi,

according to the 2.7.2 manual, an AST should implement

    int getNumberOfChildren()

Unfortunately, the C++ base implementation doesn't declare this in AST.hpp.
Am I looking in the wrong place or is this a genuine omission?
