[antlr-interest] Missing files in the Pascal grammar?

Hi!
First, I'd like to inform you that I'm new to antlr.

I have tried out the Pascal grammar and wanted to add some new 
features to the language. When I did this I noticed I had to 
regenerate the file SymtabPhase.java.

The problem is that it is generated from the file expandedsymtab.g 
which I can not find in the "distribution". Does anyone know anything 
about this file?

Are there any other files that the "distribution" lacks?

Looking forward for answers.
