Don't think that risk exists with ANTLR 2. Not much to configure there
that's not possible by looking at the compiler #defines.

Probably possible. But I don't have time to do it in the coming week(s). If
you supply a sane patch to configure.in and the build scripts then I'm
happy to incorporate it (but not sure if it will be in 2.7.4 probably not)
