Well the charVocab is something the user might want some control over.
Alhtough antlr's way is not really suited for unicode (as I understood it)
unicode ranges can have gaps in them which also adds some more trouble.
What is mainly missing in antlr is good sanity checking for the
charVocabulary. In the future we need to have a good look at unicode and
it's problems.
