[antlr-interest] Getting Column and Line in CPP AST's

In CPP mode, is source column/line info available to the tree walker?  I'm using antlr to generate the AST's and I don't see any way to 
access this information.

If this isn't supported or straight forward, is there any example code that describes how to do it in CPP?  I've seen a couple 
of examples in Java, but they seem to call classes (like super) not available in CPP.
