No unicode changes in this version of antlr. Had planned to do some stuff
on a new C++ runtime in the holidays but did not get to it. Also looks like
I have to do a lot more research into unicode to do it right, and this
makes unicode support in the near future a lot less certain since it
requires a *lot* of work I don't need myself.
