[antlr-interest] antlr book chapter

Hi Jens,

If Ter wants to do the technical scan, my wife (who is a great proof reader)
has offered to do the English proofing, if that helps.  (That's UK English
not US English)

I use antlr, so I can advise her on the occasional bits she gets stuck on.
