[antlr-interest] nextMonitoredToken in TokenStreamHiddenTokenFilter

Hi,

In the next 2.7.3 version of ANTLR could nextMonitoredToken be declared 
protected? I'm designing an XMLTokenStreamHiddenTokenFilter that extends 
from it (basically skips whole XML elements) and it needs to modify 
nextMonitoredToken.

Could this change be incorporated?
