[antlr-interest] Translating from Java to C++

I know the "forget C" advice ... But I'm looking at all this sample
stuff in the book and it doesn't even LOOK like C :-)

Now to try and understand your example in depth - I think I've got it
enough to just copy it into the code ...

Best advice try to forget C for starters ;)
