[antlr-interest] Installing C++ Antlr

I've just downloaded 2.7.4 and am trying to install it.

I've untarred it, done the configure, and run make. It falls over :-(

It's gone into lib/cpp/src and successfully compiled ANTLRUtil.o. But
when it goes to compile ASTFActory.o, I get the error

ASTFactory.cpp:15: istream: No such file or directory

This is SuSE 7.1 I think (probably ought to upgrade it!). And while I
compile C stuff a fair bit, this is my first attempt at anything C++.
Any idea what the problem is?
