That’s right, looking in the getting started section of the website, I think
there is probably something that will help with c#, though I personally
don't use it.

Hi Brad,

I too am a bit confused about what ANTLR actually is and does. The
docs say it "does" C# as well as Java. But is it still a Java app?

What I want to do is end up with C# that will help me analyse and
parse Caché Objectscript (descendant of MUMPS). Am I right in
thinking I need to:
a) Create a grammar file (.G) for Caché ObjectScript,
b) Give that file to the ANTLR Java program
c) ANTLR Java program gives me back some C# files (.CS) - the ones
that are missing from the sample solution that came with the
download.
d) I create a .NET application incorporating those files,
e) That application will analyse and parse the Caché Objectscript.

If not, then what?

Still confused,

Jay Ayliff
