[antlr-interest] AntLR Grammar for structured text

Hi Terence,

I find structured text very similar to Pascal. It has
if-then-else, case, for-ntext, while, repeat and
bit/word assignment. It also has ladder instructions
which are specific to certain devices. 

Since there's existing grammar for pascal, the basic
constructs should not be troublesome. I am however
unsure of ladder instructions because it is a very
unconventional programming language, as such.
