[antlr-interest] fixed nasty FOLLOW computation bug

Folks,

Thanks goes to help and prodding by Robin Green...I have spent a few 
hours and determined the exact problem and fix. My python grammar now 
works properly :)  I'll be releasing antlr-2.7.3rc3 very soon and then 
by end of my spring break (next week), we'll have 2.7.3 out if no one 
has serious problems with the rc3. :)

Robin: I'll send you the fix separately.
