[antlr-interest] Differing behavior between ParseTreeDebugParse and Parser

Hi Kevin

Not sure what's wrong.  I can only suggest walking thru with a debugger 
(your grammar) and then see where in the parse it is when it gets the 
exception.

The triggers for the stack operations are pretty obvious.  I think I oh 
wait!  Do you have -traceParser on?
