[antlr-interest] is cantler.exe really standalone?

There is also precompiled .net (J#) executable for antlr:

You need .net framework installed, but since you're using C# then it should
work. You just need to install J# libs (which is free distrib from
Microsoft)

You can just drop the right cygwin dll next to it without installing
everything I think. Another option is use mingw to compile antlr, that
should work. (Use --enable-gcj when configuring)
