I cannot confirm it, but I'm always interested to hear what's going wrong.
Just noticed I forgot to uglify the TokenStreamRewriteEngine.cpp with
ANTLR_USE_NAMESPACE macro's. Maybe that's a source of problems (although
MSVC7 should support namespaces I think...)
