[antlr-interest] upgrading from ANTLR 2.5.0 to 2.7.5

Clive,

I'm resending this to the list, as I'm a C++ jock myself, and came to
ANTRL party later (2.7.3 was the first version I used).

Can anyone give guidance to Clive on 2.5.5 -> 2.7.5 migration?
