[antlr-interest] antlr makefile generator (cpp)

  Hello everybody,

  I've some difficulties to write a working makefile for antlr (cpp language). 
  Do you know about a makefile generator ? 
  Does some documentation exists about which file is created by antlr
in which conditions ?
