Do you mean this?

	• 	Neither the name of the <ORGANIZATION> nor the names of its 
contributors may be used to endorse or promote products derived from 
this software without specific prior written permission.

If so, that only means you couldn't use USF or my name to advertise 
your product.  You could still use the ANTLR name to say "ANTLR 
powered" or whatever.

I do like the MIT license too...
