I have found Eclipse very good for refactoring Java code, but I haven't
tried it for a while. When I last did try it, C/C++ support was not very
good. There are some Eclipse plugins to work with ANTLR source I think
(except my memory is playing tricks on me), but haven't tried them
myself.
