[antlr-interest] Compiling with STLport using VC++ 6.0

Hi,

I get the following compilation error messages from VC++ 6.0 during compiling using STLport.

u:\antlr-2.7.4\lib\cpp\antlr\parser.hpp(218) : error C2039: 'uncaught_exception' : Ist kein Element von '_STL'
u:\antlr-2.7.4\lib\cpp\antlr\parser.hpp(218) : error C2065: 'uncaught_exception' : nichtdeklarierter Bezeichner  

What changes should I make to parser.hpp in order to avoid these errors.
