Very nice!

Are there any differences in the recognized grammar syntax?  Is there a 
list of the differences/enhancements?

Also, ANTLRWorks runs under Eclipse just fine as an external Ant task 
(attached file) -- quick and dirty, but could be improved if there were 
command line options to specify an initial grammar file or a starting 
directory containing grammar files.
