[antlr-interest] ISSUE: ANTLRWorks 1.0ea1 refuses to start if last opened file is not found

It is stored in the registry at:
	HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\JavaSoft\Prefs\org\antlr\works\

My PREF_STARTUP_ACTION was "1", I verified that setting it to "0" bypasses
the loading of the last used file.
