Well, if you are going in that direction, ELK (efficient? language kit) 
might work.  However, I'd rather keep to something like the "ANTLR 
Workbench" for simple reasons.  It doesn't look like something that might 
be trademarked (i. e.:  commercial, not free), it doesn't smell like M$ 
(the disadvantage of Prashant's ANTLR Studio), and other products with 
"Workbench" in the name look like good company.  If you google with 
"software workbench", "workbench", and the like, some interesting things 
pop up.  There is the "Logics Workbench", the "Edinburgh Concurrency 
Workbench", the "IMS Corpus Workbench", and others which might use language 
translation.
