Well, you have to wonder how many people would actually by the book.   
I suspect I'll receive about $2.50 per book.  Even if 1000 per month  
bought the book would I start to see money.  I'm guessing it won't be  
that high, no matter how great I think the book will be. ;)  Doesn't  
matter, I'm not doing it for the money--I'm doing it so that we have  
some really great doc to go with a really great tool!

That said, I'll take all the pizza and beer money I can get.  If I  
start getting enough cash from it, I'll probably start hosting  
monthly parsing revival "meetings" with free pizza in San Francisco. :)
