Why not use ANTLR Eclipse plugin?

There is detailed installation instructions.
Be sure to download version 4.0.0.b2 from 
http://sourceforge.net/projects/antlreclipse
instead of 4.0.0.b1 from http://antlreclipse.sourceforge.net/updates/
