[antlr-interest] ANTLR Studio website working again

For the last few days there was a lot of downtime on the antlr studio
website and i believe quite a few of you were having trouble creating
accounts or logging in.
The problem was with the host server where the web site was hosted.

I have changed hosts now and hopefully the website will now run smoothly.

So those of you who gave up trying to create an account can do so now :)
