[antlr-interest] changed 'x' to "x" for v3

Yeah!  Finally I can actually contribute something instead of just lurking
around :)

In Japan, I've been using a keyboard where the double quote is typed via
"Shift + 2", the single quote is typed via "Shift + 7".  So mabye we should
form an intensive study to determine whether people prefer using their left
ring finger or their right index finger!  Totally kidding ... please
don't ;)

I hope that helps, however small a contribution it is ;)
