[antlr-interest] antlr jar dependency

I have one myself:

-r--r--r--  1 chris users  47138 Feb 14  2005 antlr-2.7.3-runtime.jar

47k is an order of magnitude smaller than the entire ANTLR JAR itself.
47k is still not exactly cheap over a slow network connection (like a
56k connection), but if you're going to use ANTLR, you pretty much need
the support library.
