[antlr-interest] Why ANTLR is not GPL

FWIW, I wouldn't have considered using ANTLR if it were GPL'ed. The fact
that it (and it's generated code) are BSD'd made our legal department very
happy - GPL and LGPL make 'em twitch :-)
