[antlr-interest] wiki is back up

I have found that twiki is easiest to set up (about 20 minutes and then it just works), but Ter decided on this one, so my thirst for a twiki is fulfilled and if it all works I don't really care.

I dont know if you've been through this before, but why not use moinmoin
if confluence hurts you bad? Its new gui editor is awesome.
