[antlr-interest] Newbie Q: A token for "other" characters?

Sorry, but how can I use an input stream filter that adds lexer tokens
to the output queue? It seems that all characters consumed by this rule
always gets discarded without the ability to append the resulting token
to the output queue ... Any suggestions?
