[antlr-interest] v3: question to usage options

Hi Ter,

you wrote that the current java.g grammar should be generated with
java -Xms200M -Xmx400M org.antlr.Tool -dfa -nfa -Xmaxdfaedges 65534 java.g
But how do you know that it has to be generated this way? Simply because
that was the only way it was generated at all? Because
java -Xms200M -Xmx300M org.antlr.Tool java.g
is also working. Is that any better/worse than adding the whole bunch of
options you used in the first run?
