[antlr-interest] [v3] newbie Question - How to use the old caseSensitive option

Hi All!

   I´m new to ANTLR and I´m starting to work with v3.
   I´d like to use the oldest caseSensitive options in my grammar but
it is not working (I just saw it in v2 documentation).
   Is it possible? Is there another alternative?
