[antlr-interest] v3: definition of fragment

v3: What is the definition of fragment? Reason for this qualifier or whatever you call it?

I am finding v3 very interesting to use after only a day of working with it. I have no
earlier antlr experience. I used to yacc and lex. I have it all up and running no problem,
but the lack of documentation is killing me however -- is there any ETA on a basic primer 
for grammer file syntax? There is nothing coherent that starts from the beginning.
