I'm planning to upload it to cheeseshop.
Separate downloads on antlr.org would be nice, too - not just Python, but
the other targets as well. Will need to bug Ter about this.

If you distribute the generated parsers, it's probably best to include the
runtime in your tool package (it's BSD licensed, so that should not be an
issue), because there may be dependencies on a specific version.
