[antlr-interest] C Runtime: using include file mechanism.

Did you ever send me your source? It works in 2 or 3 of my own parsers
so there is probably some difference in the way it is being used.

I just tried using the include file mechanism you added a little while
ago with this latest 3.0.1 release and it still isn't working for me...
