[antlr-interest] Help, I can't download C target

I don't suggest keeping up with development this way particularly as
there is no guarantee that the distribution in perforce is a good one -
it may be just me testing it on Linux vs Windows etc. Sometimes I may
say you should do this, if I fix a bug that someone needs, but other
than that, stick to the tgz on the downloads page.
