[antlr-interest] Specifying ranges with exclusions?

Is there any way to specify a range and then specify arbitrary  
exclusions to the range? Something like:

['\u0020'..'\uFFFE' ~'\u0123' ~['\u0500'..'\u0600']]

I just made up that syntax, but it would be helpful.
