No, I told you -- it's a list server option.
Go to your subscription options page, at this address:
http://www.antlr.org/mailman/options/antlr-interest
Log in to edit your options, then scroll down to the bottom and set "Avoid
duplicate copies of messages?" to Yes. Easy.
