[antlr-interest] ANTLRv2 grammar to ANTLRv3 conversion error

Hello, this is my first message to the list.
I just want to convert an ANTLRv2 grammar to ANTLRv3 with, so I've
downloaded and unpacked the v2v3-0.2.tar.gz, copied mygrammar.g to the same
directory and tried

C:\v2v3>java v3me mygrammar.g

and this error appeared:

Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: v3me

I missed something? any ideas?
